Heston Blumenthal's "Dinner" at the Mandarin Oriental, Knightsbridge

An exciting commission to lower the ambient noise in this prestigious West End restaurant. Situated in the newly refurbished Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Knightsbridge the restaurant completed in December 2010 and opened for customers in February 2011.
